By accessing and using GameGlass ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GameGlass provides real-time game analytics dashboards and metrics tracking services. The Service includes web-based dashboards, API access, SDKs, and related tools for tracking and displaying game metrics.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

5. Payment and Billing

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GameGlass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEGLASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GameGlass operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
